Global carbon footprint of Hauser & Wirth 2020-2022 

• Across travel, shipping and energy overall Hauser & Wirth has reduced emissions by 29.6% from a baseline year of 2019. Data is independently verified by Environmental Resources Management (ERM)
• Aligning with the GCC's sustainable shipping campaign a program of low carbon shipping is underway, including sea freight and consolidated air freight.  
• Participation in art fairs has reduced significantly from 2019 to 2022, decreasing fair associated travel and shipping.  
• Switch to renewable energy has brought our scope 1 and 2 down by 49% as a key measure outside of GCC calculator scope.  
• Scope 3 emissions are now measured through carbon calculations and carbon budgets for all exhibitions in 2023.
