GCC was proud to speak alongside artist Alfredo Jaar, artist-collective teamLab, Director of Tate Modern Frances Morris, and ART 2030's Founder and Director Luise Faurschou, highlighting the resilient and transformative role of culture as an accelerator of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.
The high-level event was hosted by the United Nations President of the General Assembly and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) on the World Day of Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development marks a pivotal moment in the UN's Year of Creative Economies.
The event highlighted the transformative potential of art and culture, the innovation and potential of our sector, and the importance of cross-sectoral partnerships to achieve the Global Goals by 2030.
