Membership registration

Before registering, please review the Coalition Commitments and Targets. for more information about what it means to become a GCC member. By completing this form you are agreeing to the actions and targets outlined either as an individual or on behalf of your organisation. We ask potential members to register only if they have genuine intentions of honouring them.

GCC Active Membership is awarded to members that can demonstrate they have taken actions in line with GCC’s guidance and environmental responsibility best practice. Active Member badges are awarded retrospectively for an annual period. Click here to find out more about the criteria for Active Membership.

It is free to become a member, however as a charity GCC relies on donations to sustain and expand day-to-day operations, conduct research, develop new tools, and host ongoing events. We gratefully accept all donations. If you would like to donate upwards of £2500 (or equivalent) and join our Supporters Circle, please contact GCC via info@galleryclimatecoalition.org.

Please provide the contact information for the person completing this form This will be the contact that receives newsletters and direct communications from GCC. If you are registering as an organisation, we advise that this contact is your Green Team representative and not a generic company email e.g. an info@. This will also be the account that stores your Carbon Calculator data, so please take note of these details as they will need to be shared amongst your team.

As the recipient of GCC’s communications you will be responsible for disseminating relevant information to your colleagues and also informing us of any changes to contact information etc. We periodically remove non-responding contacts from our member list so in order to avoid being removed as a listed member please ensure you keep your contact information up to date.

GCC reserves the right to revoke membership from any individual or organisation that:

  • Contradicts or undermines GCC’s goals and mission.
  • Misuses their association with GCC, including for purposes of greenwashing or reputational gain without genuine commitment to climate action.
  • Is found to be in clear breach of GCC’s Coalition Commitments.
  • Engages in behaviours or activities that are inconsistent with the principles and spirit of environmental responsibility and meaningful climate action.
